Payments & security

In short: you pay securely at checkout, in the currency you have chosen, through a PCI-DSS-certified payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Payment methods

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. We work with established payment service providers such as Stripe and PayPal, which support card payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, and PayPal, depending on your country and device.

Currencies

You can shop and pay in US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), pounds sterling (GBP), Danish kroner (DKK), Swedish kronor (SEK), Norwegian kroner (NOK) or Swiss francs (CHF). Choose your currency at the top of any page. Prices are fixed in each currency by our price list; the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. Your bank may add its own conversion fee if your card is in a different currency.

When you are charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we refund the full amount straight away.

What you will see on your statement

Payments appear on your bank or card statement as LILAVRYN. If you do not recognise a payment, please contact us before contacting your bank; we are happy to help.

How your payment is protected

  • The whole website, including checkout, uses an encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connection.
  • Card details are entered into secure fields provided by the payment provider and go directly to them. They never pass through or stay on our servers.
  • Our payment providers are certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest standard in the card payment industry.
  • Where your bank requires it, you confirm the payment with Strong Customer Authentication (for example 3-D Secure in your banking app).
  • Payments are screened for fraud by our providers.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method in the currency you paid in; see Returns & refunds.
